Ron Paul and his supporters…a great match
I was driving home the other day from school/work and for the second or third time in recent months I saw several Ron Paul supporters standing on the corner holding up signs. Gotta hand it to them Ron Paul supporters, they are persistent in supporting a candidate that has absolutely no chance in getting elected. I saw Dr. Paul on the last Republican debate and I have to say, he is by far the most entertaining candidate. Anyone who can support disbanding the FBI and CIA with a straight face is either a great comedian or freakin’ nuts. Perhaps that’s why his supporters like him so much? I knew I was voting for Fred Thompson the moment he made that video reply to Michael Moore and turned around with a big ol’ Cuban cigar in his mouth. Maybe they like Dr. Paul because if his sense of humor…or maybe they’re as looney as he is. The Left has their nutcases and the Right apparenly has ours…not to say that ALL Ron Paul supporters are nuts. But when you hear them (the supporters and the candidate) talk about conspiracies (like this one or this one) and such, it makes you wonder if you really want to support that candidate…
