Or is this the WORST toupee EVER, worn by Iran’s Foreing Minister. I mean, hell, if you’re that important for a country, at least don’t wear something that looks like THAT! How do they ever expect to intimidate anyone? And if I’m wrong and that’s his real hair, I think I’d shave it off…
