His band sounds pretty good, too: Superslave Myspace Profile. It’s a metal band.
He says a lot of things in his video rant (which would be better if they were shorter and broken up better) that make you think. For instance, he suggests that we grant amnesty to any illegal immigrants if they would volunteer to build the wall and reimburse the government for the costs of housing and feeding them during the building process. That’s not a bad deal. We get a wall built for the cost of materials only.
Oh yea, and for those who didn’t notice…(more after the jump) …he’s black. Yea that’s right: a black Republican conservative who speaks proper English, and makes pretty good Metal music. Ironically, he also does NOT own a gun, which breaks the “stereotypical conservative.” This man is all about breaking stereotypes…except he likes Fried Chicken…but not as much as fish.
His discussions on race are thought provoking, especially how he points out that his liberal, white step-sister can’t see past his race due in part to her politics. This underlies the truth that we’ll never get past race as a society as long as it’s a central political issue that is constantly brought up by the Democrats (partial paraphrase by him).
And did I mention that I really like his music?
